Images

Images are the reported works inside a collection's blocklist. Add an image when you receive a report; remove it once the report is withdrawn or resolved.

Endpoint reference: the endpoints for adding, listing, fetching and deleting images (plus metadata, payload and file retrieval), with their parameters and schemas, are generated from the live OpenAPI spec — see the interactive API reference.

Working with images

  • Add by file or URL: upload the reported image directly, or reference it by URL.
  • Attach metadata: store reporter info and case IDs alongside each image. This gives you an audit trail for your UrhDaG "best efforts" documentation.
  • Remove on withdrawal: delete an image when a report is resolved so it no longer blocks matching uploads.

Tip: the image you add to the blocklist is the reference. Akator still matches modified re-uploads (resized, cropped, rotated, recolored) against it — you don't need to add every variant.
